Employees covered by retirement benefits is 97.9% of employees and 15.8% of employees belong to a medical aid scheme.
The group achieved a level 6 BBBEE rating on the amended B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice Gazetted on 11 October 2013 in the 2016 financial year and achieved a score of 72.26 points.
A total of R15.1 million was invested in social development through financial and products donations to non-profit organisations and initiatives aligned to the group’s focus on health and wellbeing.
